Volunteer slots are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please talk to the Meet Director if you have any special requests (parents with little ones, etc.-ribbons/concessions & hospitality are perfect for those with small children). Please call or register on this form two days in advance so we can prepare for any problems, etc. Volunteers need to check-in with the Meet Director when they arrive and check-out when they leave to get credit. Sometimes it is not possible to get all the required hours during the season as some parents do more than their share. So if you're trying to get the hours but come up short, the Meet Director and Head Coach will take your efforts in consideration.
Also, we do have specialty positions that require training and more commitment. These are the computer table and being a USA Official. If you would like to become more involved with the sport of swimming, please talk to Lisa Clagett about training for the computer table and if you want more information on becoming a certified USA Official, please see Mariam Malinaric.
