Dryland using Muscle Activation Techniques or MAT dynamic
stretching (www.activeedgemat.com),
to assist the body's capability to function based upon physical
demands placed on the body during competition

Advanced
swimming stroke technique training, race preparation, power, speed,
& endurance workouts for each swimmer using 3S Software (by
certified 3S Elite Coach Roy Chaney)

Safe
& friendly environment (all CT coaches have background
checks through USA Swimming and the city of Manitou Police
department. Head Coach Roy Chaney has been a reserve police officer
with the Colorado Springs Police Department and volunteer fire
fighter/EMT with the Security Fire
Department)

*USA Swimming Registration will be charged
when due. Members will be charged in December or before expiration
and new members will be charged after we receive your check. The
fee will show up on your emailed invoice, but if you are current,
please subtract the $57 USA fee from your bill. Fee is once a year
for year-round swimmers, April-August for summer swimmers and
September-December for 2nd season swimmers.
**High School swimmers who compete with their team
during the high school season will receive 1/2 off training
fees for the 3-months (for example: if it cost $600 for the
program, you would get a $180 credit). This amount we be credited
to their account at the end of the high school season. Completion
of the high school season is required (we need a note from the HS
coach) and they can continue to swim with the Torpedoes during this
time as well. We recommend 2x per week but it is not required.
***Due to families receiving a discount for paying
the 5-month fee or 11-month fee, any swimmers that are pro-rated
due to a late start will be charged an additional $25
administration fee per family.
****Military
families will receive an additional $10 off their fees after
contacting coach Roy on their military status.
*****Seasonal summer rates only apply May through
July and will be posted online in March!
